- Records you create: the cattle records you capture in our products, which may include photos, voice recordings and their transcripts, notes, and the location captured with an observation.

- To provide, operate, and maintain our products.
- To store, sync, and back up the records you create so they're available across your devices.
- To support record transfers you choose to initiate, such as passing an animal's history to a buyer at sale.

Your records belong to you
The individual records you create are yours. We do not sell them. Any data we use for research or to build our business is aggregated and anonymized. It's combined across many operations and stripped of identifying detail, so that it never reflects a single operation's information.

- Transfers you initiate: when you transfer an animal's record to another party, the record moves with the animal as you direct.

Your records are stored on secured servers operated by us and our hosting providers. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption of data in transit, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our products. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information by emailing us at support@twistedpinecc.com. Some information may be retained where required for legal or operational reasons.
Children
Our products are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top of this page.
